The working historical estimate is approximately 20 people. Event organizers must obtain the current approved capacity and furniture layout from UBC.
Technology
UBC reported matching technology and large monitors in 2011. Current display, audio, connectivity and support should be confirmed for each event.
Access and room number
Use current written instructions from the organizer. Do not rely on the room name alone for navigation inside the building.

An authentic interior photograph can replace the archive panel once the image date, source and permission are documented.
